VITALITY AND HORMONE HEALTH
Pine Pollen is an incredibly nutrient-dense substance! It is a complete protein, with all essential amino acids. It contains Vitamin A, B Vitamins, Vitamin C, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, and many more trace elements. It also contains a wide variety of potent antioxidants including Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), polyphenols, quercetin, phytosterols, proanthocyanidins, resveratrol, inositol, and alpha linolenic acid.
There are many plant foods containing phytoestrogens like soy, flax and hops. But phytoandrogens like testosterone and DHEA in plant foods are very rare! Pine Pollen is one of these rare gems that contains bio identical testosterone & DHEA. This doesn't mean it's just for men- women need testosterone too! Women need much less testosterone than men, but it's still of vital importance.

SUPER POTENT
Every spring, the catkins on the ends of pine branches produce a pollen that travels by wind and gravity to pollinate the female part of the tree, the cone. The cell wall of pine pollen is very hard, so it must be cracked to make the inner nutrition available.
This is done via a low-temperature high-pressure process to crack over 99% of the cell walls so you can really get the most out of this powerful pollen. The pollen comes from the finest Masson pine trees growing more than 3500 feet above sea level.
2000+ YEARS OF TRADITIONAL USE
There are many species of pine, but we source our pollen exclusively from the Masson pine growing at high elevation, as this is the pine that has supplied the pollen used in Taoist Herbalism and Chinese Medicine for thousands of years.
The oldest mention of Pine Pollen is found in Shen Nong's Materia Medica written during the Han dynasty 2,000 years ago. It was said to have the ability to nourish QI, strengthen one's energy and extend one's lifespan. It is commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the liver and spleen meridians and for eliminating dampness in the body.
BEE POLLEN VS. PINE POLLEN
Bee pollen is collected from flowers by bees and then collected from the bees as they return to the hive. It can be a great supplement with many benefits, but does not contain the phytoandrogens like testosterone which are found in Pine Pollen.
Also, for vegans who don't feel comfortable consuming bee pollen, pine pollen offers a great way to consume pollen without any animals involved in the process. The pine tree does not produce a flower, so it is not of interest to bees and relies entirely on the wind to disperse it's pollen.
