TURKEY TAIL MUSHROOM
Turkey Tail was traditionally used in China to treat pulmonary diseases and has been used for it's immunomodulatory effects in Japan and elsewhere. It has also been researched for it's anti-inflammatory properties and it's ability to regulate gut bacteria and the microbiome. Turkey tail contains prebiotics, which help to nourish the beneficial bacteria in the gut. But the focus of much of the modern research on Turkey Tail has been for it's breast health benefits. It is the most commonly prescribed natural therapy to people with breast cancer.
ASTRAGALUS
Astragalus is a traditional lung tonic and one of the primary herbs being used by herbal practitioners during the crisis.
It is traditionally known to strengthen what is known in China as wei qi, which is essentially surface level defenses. A 7-day double-blind study showed that 1.23 grams of astragalus delivered twice per day activated the natural defenses more effectively than echinacea.
Astragalus may increase the body’s production of white blood cells and in animal models has been shown to help kill bacteria and viruses and inhibit viral replication.
CORDYCEPS
Cordyceps enhances oxygen utilization and has been shown to be effective in studies against numerous viruses. It has been shown to stimulate T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, natural killer cells and macrophages.
In vitro research suggests it may also have cytokine regulatory properties. Cordyceps was also found to inhibit airway inflammation by blocking NF-kB activity in animal models.
REISHI MUSHROOM
Reishi is the most well studied herb in the world. Known as “The Herb of Immortality and Spiritual Potency” is famous for quieting the heart and mind and functions like an operating system update for your immune system.
Studies have found that reishi can boost natural defenses, alter inflammation pathways in white blood cells, and increase natural killer cell activity in cancer patients as well as make natural killer cells more potent.

1/2 tsp Cordyceps
1 tsp Astragalus (it has a sweet taste and it also acts as an extra creamer)
1-2 Tbsp Grass Fed Whey
1-2 Tbsp Grass Fed Collagen
1 Tbsp C8 Caprylic Acid MCT Oil
1 tsp of honey or 6-8 drops of organic stevia or a combination of the two
